The Alternative Protein & Food Tech Show (APS) is back for its 7th installation, this time in Singapore, from 10 to 11 May 2023.

APS has become the hot spot to unite food-tech pioneers, thought leaders, investors, innovators, scientists, food technologists, farmers, and consumer brand leaders under one roof, designed to demystify the potential of alternative proteins in building a sustainable future of food for generations to come.

Held over 2 days, we provided video coverage for the event and edited an event highlights video, showcasing the key portions of the event as well as audio bites of the speakers’ content.
