Tasked with creating a Talent Recruitment video for Marriott Careers, we conceptualised a story of a girl who started off as an intern at Marriott who shares positive experiences throughout her career, and finally ends up supervising an incoming intern. The video shows the growth one can expect to see when working with Marriott, attracting talents to join the company.

The video showcases not only the main story, but is set in one of Marriott’s most esteemed hotels - JW Marriott South Beach. The scenes were set to reveal the best parts of the hotel. We also wanted to place emphasis on the maturation of the lead character whilst holding onto her fond memories, using the polaroid as a key visual in our production.
